  • How much does it cost to get a quote?

    We do not charge for our quotes. Contact us to book in your site meeting. 

  • How much does landscape construction cost?

    It's almost impossible to specify a ballpark cost for landscape construction as there are many factors that determine costs. These include (but are not limited to):

    - scope of works

    - access/site restrictions

    - material selection 

    etc.

    We sure were! In exciting news, we have updated our name to Modern Landscape Creations. 


    We're the same team of Gold Coast landscapers, just with a brand new name. You can expect us to create the same quality, modern landscapes you know and love!

  • Why should I hire a licensed Landscape contractor?

    Hiring a licensed landscaping contractor helps protect you and your property and comes with a lot less risks than hiring an unlicensed contractor. 


    Here at Modern Landscape Creations we are fully licensed (QBCC Lic #15645791) and create landscapes that are of the highest quality, so you can relax knowing your outdoor space in great hands! 

  • Do you offer Home & Building insurance?

    As a Gold Coast landscaping company, we comply with all applicable Queensland building and construction requirements, including the Queensland Home Warranty Scheme administered by the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC).


    For eligible residential landscaping and construction works valued at more than $3,300 including GST, QBCC Home Warranty Insurance may be required under Queensland legislation. Where applicable, the required QBCC Home Warranty Insurance premium will be calculated in accordance with current QBCC requirements and incorporated into the total contract price.


    The applicable QBCC insurance premium will be confirmed upon acceptance of our quotation. Where required, the premium will be paid to QBCC prior to commencement of works or within the required legislative timeframe.


    Once the insurance has been arranged, the relevant QBCC Notice of Cover will be provided to the client as confirmation of the applicable Queensland Home Warranty Insurance.


    As a QBCC-licensed Gold Coast landscaper, we are committed to delivering quality residential landscaping projects while ensuring our clients receive the appropriate protections and documentation required under Queensland legislation.

  • Should I prepare anything for our first on-site meeting?

    Prior to commencing any landscape construction, we will meet you onsite to discuss your project so that we can get a complete understanding of what you're after.

    You don't need anything prepared, however, it is extremely helpful to know what you like and don't like prior to the meeting so that we can be sure to generate a landscape design that exceeds your expectations.

  • Do you require a deposit prior to the commencement of a project?

    Yes we require a 10% desposit upon acceptance of a quote. This is standard practice within the Gold Coast landscaping industry and helps to secure your project in our busy schedule!

  • What size jobs do you undertake?

    No matter the size or scope of your project, our Gold Coast landscaping team would love to hear from you.

  • How do I make payment for the job?

    Before your project commences, we will invoice you for 10% of the total amount - this will help us to cover initial material costs, etc.

    As the project progresses, we will invoice you in stages and upon completion you'll receive the final invoice. All invoices must be paid promptly upon receipt. This is standard procecure across the Gold Coast landscaping industry.
